That is most definitely a bug[/quote] Matching people of a similar rank with a lower player count for comp would definitely mean that it has to match people with who's available and definitely not a bug. There also isn't a single thing claiming it's a bug anywhere. It's almost like matchmaking isn't a bug, and it just has to put people with who it can find.
