If you die alot use arc titan the low shield a sidearm with chillclip if you have it le monarch and a sword with flash counter.
The exotic to use is stronghold you will never die again if used correctly you can solo gms if you want aswell.

I made an arc titan build yesterday with insurmountable skullfort a sniper of some sort, wave frame grenade launcher of some sort, and thunderlord, it might be good, I will need to practise the gameplay loop. I’ll look into making a sword build and see how it compares.

The sword build is nuts the only problem with skullfort is you need to use it close range against enemies and in GM nightfalls might be a bad idea but defor worth a shot. You can also use a solar build with healing nades and inmost light to get back everything faster or use prysmatic they are all viable I have done 1000+ gms I am trying to find differnt builds to make sure its not boring hahaha. If you need a hand add me can run some gms with ya no problem I can use the arc titan with the sword and show you no problem. Happy to help anyone here with PvE stuff aswell as the community is getting smaller and smaller at the min the more people reach out the better.
