I swear it's only slept on because it's hideous.[/quote] You do not cut cooldowns in half. It’s essentially adding 3 stat tiers to each ability cooldown. While the cooldown buff is nice, there are other exotics you can use to bypass cooldowns while also providing improved effectiveness. It has an incredible ornament. It needs a buff. It’s an exotic without an identity.
