Vorpal is such a dead perk on heavy weapons
Either buff it or remove it outright from heavies because there’s little to no point on this perk at all
I honestly think it’s a dead perk period on any weapon, but it’s literally useless on heavy

I mean for a while it was just the only perk that made sense. So bringing it down a notch just makes it the easiest to use now. No setup, no thought, just 10% extra damage on things that can take more than one hit.

34 通の返信Nah vorpal has its uses and is OK. The issue is putting hip fire grip in pools for linear and crap like that. That perk has no damn use whatsoever except maybe an smg for controller

1 返信It's just filler to bolster RNG. Not the worst perk though. I still enjoy my [i]Seventh Seraph Saw[/i] with [b]Auto+Vorpal[/b] from time to time!

1 返信WinterSolsticeにより編集済み: 3/21/2025 11:23:27 AMImo on heavies it should be 15% it's a no requirement free perk but there are so many perks with basically 0 activation requirement that give more or similar buffs. On specials probably fine at 15% mostly because most special perks are 20%-30% so it'd be best not to make a free perk stronger. But for primaries? I think 20% is too low but sadly since they added it to Malfeasance they'll never buff it. Malfeasance with lucky matches heavy weapons so I doubt they'd buff it.

4 通の返信I'm shooting Guardians in their Super in Guardian Games and it's not killing them out of their super. What is the point of Vorpal on a shotgun if it isn't going to do what is advertised?

2 通の返信They never will. It’s the easiest activation for a damage perk in the game. It’s at 10%. Frenzy (which requires being in combat for 14s) is at 15%. Firing Line (which requires team coordination) is at 20%. Etc. It’s dead on heavies but I’m pretty sure that’s intentional.
