Balance of power exotic legs adding class ability cooldown
The “Balance of Power” exotic leg armor is adding 10 seconds to the class ability cooldown. This is not documented and doesn’t seem like it’s a valid interaction. I would love to use this exotic this season but I just can’t with that cooldown.

I’d check the Echoes patch notes. I do remember Bungie adding it as a PvP nerf and tried to compensate it by buffing it other ways for PvE.
