I think it's about time we replaced Battle Eye. It's one of the oldest anti cheats on the market, and they haven't updated their software in ages. It worked for about 3 months when it first got implemented into Destiny, but now there are so many ways to cheat that this isn't enough. Instead of spending millions chasing 3 guys in their moms' basement, maybe invest in a more competent anti cheat that is capable of dealing with modern cheats. Just look at the top 1000 players on trials report at minimum 50% are juiced. They don't hide the fact that they are cheating very well. Step up, Bungie.
