In the past high impact pulses were king.
Currently Redrix and 450s are king.
In the future Aisha's Care and other two burst will be king.
The problem with these guns is not the ease of use. It's not the range. It's not the stability. It's not handling. These guns have the same problem SMGs did for many years, they kill to fast. In the past we saw Bungie nerf SMGs again and again and again just for people to keep abusing them, it wasn't until the TTK shift that people moved away from them. As a result of this now SMGs FEEL bad to use. They have lower range, handling, etc because instead of undoing all the nerfs and just keeping the TTK nerf Bungie didn't go back to change the weapons to keep the feel of them good.
Let's not make the same mistake with pulses. Pulses feel good to use, keep them that way, just shift their TTK to be a bit slower and that's it. I don't want to see pulses get multiple nerfs over multiple seasons before Bungie realizes they just have to nerf the TTK just for them to not go back and undo all the previous nerfs and have them feeling like trash.
Side note. I'm tired of playing against void hunter. I'm tired of playing against constant smoke bombs, grenades, and invis. It's not enjoyable, playing against invis has NEVER been enjoyable. I rather play against almost any other meta in this game even prime stasis than have to play against invis in ANY fps game. I don't know why developers feel the need to put invis and wall hacks in different forms into their fps games but I'm so tired of it.

Hunter: -Reduced health to 1 -Removed all abilities -Movement speed slowed to .3, and can no longer jump -Can only equip common weapons -All exotics disabled There, pookie. Just giving you what you actually want but are too cowardly to ask for. Mind you, you'd still find something to complain about when it comes to the "crucible boogeyman" that is Hunter.

2 通の返信Invis hunters/smoke bombs have been around since witch queen or before, they're absolutely nothing new. Smoke bombs are wayyyyy easier to counter/avoid now after Bungie nerfed them. Invis hunters are easy as hell to see, even at mid-long range, they're hardly a "problem" (never were), and even if they were then they've been that way for years - yet no one starting acting like they're destroying the game until recently. For months after TFS released all everyone whined about was swarm grenades, smoke bombs and decoys, yet all of these things have been around for years (decoys less-so) and people act like they're new. Sure they're more ubiquitous now, but just as avoidable/counterable as they've always been, and this is coming from a "mid" skill player. They've all been nerfed like crazy and are easily countered now, they feel much better balanced imo.

In the Reddit group called CruciblePlaybook we have a saying “we play the game we have”. Means stop complaining and just play the game. So my advice is to just get better and learn to how to counter play the invis hunter. I’m tired of hearing nerf the other class so I can feel powerful in mine.

fundamentally... unequal radar manipulation & wall hacks, invis, freeze, smoke (most of those are hunter things) seem not correct for a balanced PVP... ...I say new storyline for Frontiers.. Hunters are the enemy.. we will put them to deep rest and a new class will emerge.. hmm or merge into 1 class >> Titlock.. hmm or maybe Wartan... yes that avoids any mispronunciations.. ...what do you say my crayon-eating brothers? will you join my fellow Warlocks and I to finally remove these demons? (I imagine the Arnold + Carl Weathers five scene from Predators... Dylan , you son of a B...) -

100% agree. On console fusion rifle is another big problem. Only invis hunters + redrix+fusion. I got killed ONLY by fusions. I cannot hear hunter getting invis. Invis+fusion was a problem years ago, bungie didnt fix it. Now we have a desaster. Btw: i got hate ingame masseges cause i play not this bullshit

1 返信No, invis must stay, you must be new but even back in d1 you got no clue how many times an invisible hunter saved many fireteams from raid wipes, Osiris, nightfall and such, you are pretty much taking away one of the basic traits of a hunter

7 通の返信bros got a 4.32 sus/streamer level kd and 82% accuracy (higher than wallah) with a hawkmoon trying to say that the issue with 450s is that they kill as fast as the other weapon archetype with 100 aim assist being 140 hand cannons. absolutely wild post. no the issue is not that 450s kill too fast. the issue isn't even really with 450s themselves. the issue is that lone wolf provides 20 aim assist half of snapshot sights and twice the ae of extended mag and its on the most easily accessable 450 roll in the game being the redrix default roll. placing that broken of a perk on an archetype that already has 70-80 aim assist and high forgiveness makes the weapon game breaking. and literally every single person i have talked to above a 2kd has said the same exact thing. that and zealots reward getting 19.2m of range is also just absurd. what needs to happen is that lone wolfs values need to be halved (making it still arguably the strongest pvp perk in the game) and the forgiveness buff on 450s needs to be reverted. this is because the gun can effectively be crouch strafed while hardly worrying about accuracy because the gun has insane forgiveness and basically aims for you. also closing time values on fusion rifles needs to be halved as well. aishas heavy burst on the other hand is very balanced. other than range 140s are far superior weapons same with 120s. thats why we see the weapon at maximum 1% usage rate even on the weekend were 6 of them are dropping after each match. with void hunter however 1000% agree. both trappers ambush and vanishing step need to increase the cooldown on smoke bomb and hunter dodge respectively. not as high of a cooldown as threaded specter but definitely up there.

3 通の返信Invisible hunter doesn’t really bother me too much. My only issue with it is that I’m colorblind and have difficulty seeing them sometimes.

6 通の返信I know it comes with time played and experience in crucible. But a smoke bomb and Invis is the most loudest thing you can hear in a match. And if you’re watching the radar you know exactly what a hunter will do
