As soon as I looked at it as a rogue-like and calmed-down and realised how it works I began to enjoy it. The last boss takes WAY too long to kill, every fight I end up saying “come ON” and quoting one of Michael Wincott’s lines from “The Crow” but now I can enjoy exploring the dreadnought again.
My dream is I finish my quest and a lot of the corruption melts away and the entire dreadnought comes back in all of its D1 glory, including the Dantallion. GD I would love that.

5 通の返信I was wrong as well. The only issue I have is the Tormentor boss. It’s just too much

3 通の返信I don't care for it Only do it do it when the story requires Should have brought back the court of oryx

Nether is just bad. To all of the nay-sayers, let me hit you with some game facts. The damage the player takes is tied to the games frame rate, the lower, the better. This was discovered during Contest Root of Nightmares where Nezarec's Tormentor ring and cleave attack would do significantly less damage when the games frame rate was capped at 60 or lower. Resilience is completely useless, even at 100 resil as a Titan and damage type resistance mods. Health regeneration is a MUST considering how many enemies are on screen at once and shooting at you. Knockout and Crimson are nerfed, making it impossible to even get a fair amount of health back. And health orbs don't restore enough health to even be negligible in anyway.

1 返信I find it pretty boring to play through, not enough variance to make each run different when you see the same objectives in the same zones run after run. Its basically overthrow on the dreadnaught + some weird buff system which is honestly pretty disappointing. I'd rather have had a proper patrol space with public zones, public events and secrets rather than the half way that we got with Heresy.

2 通の返信Takes too long. By the time I get past the first big ogre I'm either out of time or fed up playing. The bosses aren't new or interesting, just boring bullet sponges. That said I have no problem with people who do enjoy it. I might load up D1 and have some fun in that Dreadnaught.

If you can manage to get your hands on it from the Sundered Doctrine Dungeon, Finality’s Auger with the Catalyst can really help to dish out damage to the Nether bosses using its alternate fire mode (apart from the Tormentor, as it takes reduced damage from non-crits) without leaving yourself too exposed. (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)

4 通の返信I was wrong, too. As soon as I heard "no health regen," I was expecting to play a couple of times and avoid the rest of the season. I've only played solo explore. It does take me forever 'cause I backtrack for pots to heal up. I've finished act 1, and am down to the final mission for Barrow Dryad (I think). I may do a few more runs of the Nether on my own to practice, then have a go at matchmade. Do I enjoy the Nether? Not really. Is it as unpleasant as I was expecting? No, it isn't.
