Here is my idea. Hitting a miniboss, champion, or boss with a charged melee marks them, activating needlestorm while a target is marked will cause all needles to target them. (This will let you mark an enemy you want all needles to hit increasing boss consistency) While no target is marked. No more than one needle may target any minor or major combatants. (This will prevent a red bar from eating like 3 needles) Activating needlestorm will grant the user thread of evolution for 20 seconds. (This will make the super worth using on prismatic.) Additionally the threadlings should count as super damage and be buffed by star eater scales.

3 通の返信
Topic.
Already hits pretty consistently. I’d much rather see it get some sort of buff like kills with it spawn threadling. That way it has not only good single target damage, but also so it fulfills the summoner fantasy.

6 通の返信No, there are enough auto aim mechanics in this game. They are far to easy to use as it is.

1 返信They are too busy making colors stream out of our asses. But I agree that super needs what you said because it's currently -blam!-.
-
They need to do that for both Blade Barrage and Needlestorm. There are some occasions, admittedly not as often, where even Blade Barrage doesn't track well. Needlestorm is worse, though because the projectiles just zig zag right into a wall.

I feel (though i could be wrong) that it's almost a design choice that some needles won't be a direct impact? Maybe they wanted that visual of having the needles spawn the threadlings by hitting a surface? Not a warlock main though, so I'd have to see the damage discrepancy of missing a few needles. (Some supers get total damage capped by tickrate, regardless on onscreen projectiles, for example)

I feel this. Every time I use it, all but one hits the giant -blam!- boss and the last one veers off like that one penguin that just upped and left it's colony one day for no other reason than to just start walking away from it. Like Forrest Gump, but sadder and more..."death-y."

3 通の返信Man, the targeting for some supers in this game is pathetic. I was doing some Vex incursion on Neomuna, and my Nova Bomb missed, almost at point-blank range, one of those giant Minotaurs. Even the seekers created after the explosion missed the damn thing. But yes, Needlestorm needs a damage buff and needs to hit the important targets. So, of course, they will not do it.

8 通の返信Aside from this the Threadlings from this super should be just as strong as they were before the nerf. It should read something like "and increases Threadling damage for a short duration."
