By all calculations Vespers Host is supposed to be the second weekly dungeon, but you have seemingly forgotten to actually make it not farmable once the season hit. it's screwed the API, game isn't recognizing it. You already tried to explain it away with that it's meant to be warlords this week but it was warlords as the featured dungeon last week, and that too, just like Vespers currently, did not drop pinnacles or anything. icebreaker currently is not farmable and won't be until bungie gets this -blam!- together. If you can't even keep your rotations down properly for your content, that you should know internally. Then what hope should we have in that future content won't suffer the same fate. You all have been talking about fixing warlords for months. Nothing to show for it. I have a suspicion it'll be the same for Vespers.
