(Steam) Final Shape + Annual Pass - Access Bug

A friend of mine has purchased the Final Shape + Annual Pass pack that is currently for sale ($44.99 USD) on Steam. After linking up his Cross-save to retain his old year one progress from Playstation & proceeding to boot up the game they are met with only the Final Shape campaign. No Episode pass access, no Lightfall Access & No Witch Queen access. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this within the past couple of days (specifically with this sale) & maybe some solutions to help us in the right direction before he decides to just refund it all together.   • They bought it and launched the game before setting up cross-save, so the passes were correctly applied to their Steam account. They need to go to https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items and at the bottom it has a 'Submit Request' button. They will want to explain it the situation in the ticket, Bungie will look into it, and if necessary will apply the passes/key to the PS account.
