New exotic intrinsic fragments glitch for BARROW-DYAD. Quest and upgrades not updating upon collection of fragments.
Collected all 18 fragments for the upgrades to the weapon, yet at Shaping for magazine and grip it says intrinsic required, regardless at what weapon level I am at. Even created a new weapon and tried reshaping it. Only lets me do the barrels, but says intrinsic required for the magazine and grips. Also my quest did not update and when I looked to see if I could recollect the fragments, they are gone. Please advise, thank you.

After you get 12 of those thingys, it tells you to get The Moment of Clarity upgrade from the vendor… which isnt available until act 2. I did the same thing with collecting the fragments. Hopefully it ddoesnt bug out when act 2 starts.
