The items definitely don't appear in the inventory, as those types of missions don't actually collect anything tangible, it is usually just a flavor icon. The patrol mission can be completed as normal, as it seems to be just a missing png or graphic. Here are my findings: I ran Invisible Pollution in the Winging Cove of the EDZ and a Drained Ether Tank appeared correctly. (Fallen) I ran Pirate's Bounty in The Steppes of the Cosmodrome and Scavenged Skiff Parts appeared correctly. (Fallen) I ran Collect Supplies in the Anchor of Light on the Moon and a Drained Ether Tank appeared correctly. (Fallen) I ran Drained From the Dregs in the Exodus Black on Nessus and a Drained Ether Tank appeared correctly. (Fallen) I ran Shoreline Scavenging in the Divalian Mists in the Dreaming City and a Runed Tablet appeared correctly. (Hive) I ran Precious Fluids in the Quagmire in the Throne World and a Luminous Reagent appeared correctly. (Hive) I ran Supply and Remand in the Cadmius Ridge on Europa and a Quantum Power Cell appeared correctly. (Fallen) I ran Requisitions in Liming Harbor on Neomuna and I received a white square. (Vex) This was the only location in the prod that had a failure, so I checked all three locations just to make sure. A Full Belly in Zephyr Concourse on Neomuna gave white squares. (Cabal) A Full Belly in Ahimsa Park on Neomuna gave white squares.
