Most solos would have been happy to run dual destiny (and this latest activity) via matchmaking or lfg, it is the mic requirement that crosses our red line. Cue all the toxic replies on here from the very players that we don't want to hear in our headsets, and before some know-it-all suggests text chat ... don't even go there.

Co op mechanics are fun. Not revert activity has to cater to you.

I'll tell you the problem I see with the self-proclaimed "solo player" nonsense; that's not what you are. All of the so-called "solo players" constantly posting about how toxic the community is yet instead of teaming up since you're all of the same opinion, you keep on with this "Matchmaking in everything!" nonsense despite how many times you've been told it wouldn't work. No, I think it more likely you all know you're insufferable, probably couldn't stand dealing with people like yourselves, and instead demand Bungie accommodate you.

I play solo cause I suck. Is there like a support group for that? Can't really do the high end stuff cause of the low skill for one, then with spawns running around the house, time is a luxury not all of us get. Can have a 2 hour session but then is late and work is next day or number 3 woke up with the I'm thirsty.
-
I'm no gaming god myself but I also don't actively avoid engaging with other players. I also don't believe I've seen you clamoring for Bungie to remake all content so that it suits your personal playstyle. As for life taking priority, there's no way I can argue with you on that, nor would I even try to. Personally, I'd recommend playing single player games; that's what I do when I'm not feeling particularly sociable.

Find it would be foolish to make it all one vs the world. Being the base of Destiny is a cooperative game play. I mean Halo was enjoyable when 3 other know-aholes joined and we spent hours fooling around. Back to what I was saying, people -blam!- about stuff like make it solo is very much like saying the NFL should hire any swinging -blam!- with a pulse. And to be fair if a team is actually trying to clear an area having a random just joined Leeroy J. ephing around can make the game session really a pain in the left ball

Even managed to pre-insult random people and decry obvious and easy workarounds for your inability to talk to people like a human. I like my exotic cloaks! They're AWESOME!!! I did have to make an effort though. No freebie there. Sad, truly....
Brody you gotta stop playing victim and get out of this delusional world where everyone you talk to from lfg is going to be so toxic it ruins your life. It's really not that bad.
This I have hundreds of sherpas Thousands of hours I played gambit and pvp I got hate mail maybe 7 or 8 times across both D1 and D2 and I ran into probably 10 or so truly toxic players.

Don’t need a mic for dual destiny. I myself am a deaf person and had no problem. Also you can use discord with your phone or use Xbox app if you’re on Xbox. It feels like zoom calls all over again where people make excuses to not have their video on because they’re scared of the rest of the class seeing their face

I am quite sure it's doable without a mic, but a real faff to setup and arrange with another random from lfg. It's an exotic mission with raid mechanics and a timer, total overkill and zero fun in my opinion.

So you've got issues. Ok. Why be upset at bungie for your own problems? You miss out on 1 or 2 missions due to your own choices or issues you can't get over , why is it such a big deal? It's no wonder other readers can also see the entitlement.

No raids, private profile. You likely have no social skills and are making excuses. I kick players like you because your holier-than-thou attitude is unfair to the people who want to learn and have a good time. Thank you for isolating yourself from the rest of us. You can prove me wrong though: Come do Garden Of Salvation with my clan tonight. No experience needed, you don't need to speak, and you'll be treated with respect. But you won't because you know it's you.

The way you just replied to this post, who would want to run with you? Do you even hear yourself with the name calling and toxicity you JUST said? If a post triggered you like this, what happens when a player makes a mistake while running with you? You want players to experience that with you on a mic? 😂 Yeah, sure bucko!

You are also invited to come along for a run of Garden any time. Be the judge yourself. I'm hopping on right now 7:08 pm Eastern. But you wont cause people like you can never be wrong.

Yeah, ok. Trying to save face because you got called out. You know as well as I do that I won't even attempt to join you. Just invited me to make yourself look good. "People like me". Yeah ok. Did the truth hurt you? People like you only have and value one opinion, your own.
