I have never once, not even one time, in over 4 years of playing Destiny 2, run across a hacker on console. I am by no means an expert about what is possible when lag switching, but I do know I haven't seen over half of the issues you have... And I've been playing D2 PVP for a lot of hours. Below is my understanding of the different cheats and which ones might be used to create what you are seeing... All that said, I sincerely doubt some of your claims. [u]NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT HACKING: [/u] * high ability spam that isn't possible * Infinite ammo whether it's heavy or primary (ALL PRIMARIES GET INFINITE AMMO) * infinite supers from players with tier 2 intellect (TECHNICALLY, EVERYONE HAS INFINITE SUPERS... IT'S JUST HOW FAST YOU GET THEM) * impossible mobility and agility [u]POSSIBLE 3RD PARTY HARDWARE CHEAT:[/u] * Lots of Blink users with insane teleportation to headshot accuracy after landing from blink * shooting around narrow spaces with ridiculous headshots accuracy [u]POSSIBLE NET LIMITING CHEAT: [/u] * low hit detection (COULD ALSO BE REGULAR LATENCY) * shredded by 2 shots * higher fire rates than possible with certain weapon types (MAYBE) * teleporting to zones via net limiting * shooting around impossible corners (MIGHT ALSO BE NORMAL LATENCY) [u]JUST PART OF THE GAME / GLITCH: [/u] * hiding in walls EDIT: So, we are left with some questions... 1)Are you lying? 2) Or simply mistaken? 3) Or maybe you really do match more cheaters than me (even though you play far, far less often, and are likely in a lower "skill" bracket...) Guy I just played has only played 56 hours of Trials, nothing else.. and has a KD avg of 1.99 What a joke !!

Im not saying this is the case for you, but SOOO many people confuse genuine skill with cheating. Now spamming supers and infinite ammo isnt up for debate thats clear as day, but good accuracy after a blink doesnt mean cheating. Ive spent a long while practicing shots like those in pvp and I know theres more dedicated people than me.

I'm on Xbox and play a decent amount of pvp. Console cheating has more to do with movement, lack of gun recoil, and maybe aim assist from imput devices not to be named. You won't see infinite supers or heavy ammo on console. Sadly, the ability spam you see is from designed op builds from Bungie. Warlock lightning surge, and Titan one punch diamond lance I'm looking at you.

Has Bungie denounced using certain devices that remove recoil from guns on console?

By the looks of things Bungie HAS been active. Posts like these in the last few days have been locked or censored.
