Missing outbreak perfected catalyst I completed zero hour on regular difficulty to get outbreak perfected. Then I completed the three quests from ada-1 for the extra crafting options by doing the mission on expert. Last night I did a random LFG to complete the mission on expert. We completed the run with less than a minute to go but finished. Under 20 minutes. I claimed the chest and another outbreak perfected dropped and the catalyst. I have the second outbreak perfected but the catalyst is nowhere to be seen. My collection shows I've claimed the catalyst for outbreak perfected but I can't shape or craft it. I have the triumph for completing zero hour and for completing ada-1's quests. There is no catalyst slot for either weapon that dropped. I shaped a third outbreak perfected and there is no option for a catalyst. I then tried to reshape it and nothing. Not on my character anywhere. Nothing mailed to postmaster. What am I missing here? I go to run the mission again and it shows no rewards available for doing it again so I didn't do a second expert run.
