Voice Chat + Parental Controls
Hi Bungie team, hoping you can help me with my issue.
My son, 13 years old, is a Destiny 2 player and is trying to enable the in game voice chat unsuccessfully.
I have set up a Bungie account and went through the KWS parental verification process to link my son's account to mine. That went successfully and I was able to toggle on both the Allow Voice Chat and the Allow Text Chat.
However, the voice chat setting is still disabled for my son in the Destiny 2 game settings, with no option to enable it
Any advice or other things to try would be greatly appreciated
