After using the weapon I do like some aspects of the gun, but it feels underwhelming when I can use trinity ghoul and risk runner for the same and even better effect with less work.
Here are some ideas to give the weapon. Note you can use 1 idea or use a combination of the ideas.
1. Have “Overcharge Capacitor” be a passive ability that stays active even with the weapon stowed.
2. Have “Regenerative Motion” be a passive ability staying active even with the weapon stowed.
3. Add subsistence to the weapon.
4. Change the reload speed buff to a slight damage buff based on the tier of charge the weapon has.
5. Have walking hold the charge instead of deactivating the perk.
Imo just let the guns charge slowly decrease if you reload it instead of instantly dropping to 0. Also maybe add that hitting targets also increases the charge. Rn the issue is hitting max charge and staying at it.
Edit: Should mention the 2nd part. It has firing gun charges but not hitting so allow both basically.
