The perks all have the same chance to drop.
Someone provided the math for you in a response.
Bungie doesn't have the time or the resources to affect each players drop chances personally
Take the tinfoil hat off. Sometimes rng is bad. Sometimes it's really bad.

That remains the same across all drops. There's no knockout system & your odds don't increase the longer you play.

That is correct but that doesnt mean that every 36 drops you get what you want. Each individual weapon has those chances, it doesnt increase with each drop. So drop 1 has a 1/36 and drop 2 has a 1/36 abd drop 36 has a 1/36 Regardless of how many you have drop, the chances remain the same for each one.
