It makes sense that they'd reel both ALH and Reconstruction in tbh. I just can't stop thinking it feels like more than a second, especially on Witherhoard. Imo, i don't think Witherhoard should have been affected. It's an exotic similar to how oldskool Rampage was untouched on Huckleberry. The ALH is tied to the catalyst as well, which was a pain to get for any non pvp players.

The reason why you use ALH is so you don’t have to reload and you can use your other guns during that downtime instead.

It's annoying but not terrible, if your using bait and switch it auto reloads by the time you do the full rotation with all weapons.
