My chat has been disabled this is account wide this is both on my PlayStation and my PC it makes the game very hard when I can't join people or see what they type so makes raiding hard. I made another account on my epic Store and that account works with the chat so I know it's not a network but an account thing. I have gotten from bungie support that said "We can confirm that your previous Correct My Data request was completed successfully, and this account is NOT classified as a child account. Any issues you are experiencing are, unfortunately, not related to the Date of Birth on your account. I have gotten an email from epic, steam, and playstation all saying that the Parental Controls aren't enabled, Please its been 2 months I just want to play the game to its full potential. I love this game don't let me be and of your player who stop playing this game.
