My husband hasn't been able to voice chat or text chat in months. We tried multiple times to "fix" it. His account security settings are set so that he can chat and buy brightdust, yet he is still unable to. It's the same on ps5 and my ps4 my account is fine while his is messed up. Also his bungie app on the phone says he don't have permissions when trying to read messages. He can't even post in the help forum which is why I'm writing this for him. Can someone at bungie help? The inability to communicate is impeding his ability to raid and do missions like duel destiny. he has given me permission to give out his bungie id if it will help. DayeRuiner I hope someone at bungie see's this.
