Hunter needs better aspects BADLY. One of the aspects is just nothing but better reload on amplify.

Amplified does basically nothing, I don't care about reload this is not a fragment, dr on dodge is negligible and frankly needs to do more, dodge cooldown rate is worthless on a combination blow build and ascension is better on prismatic. (not even gonna mention tempest strike because it is embarrassingly awful)
