Listen, streamers have to be the only people in the game who have access to God rolls by way of the grind being out of reach for the broader community. That way, their content is more compelling when they review the weapons. It is these negative changes that act as a tax for the unofficial advertisement wing of Bungie.
Why would we want to PLAY with great weapons, when their rarity can make certain players feel good about themselves, or better yet, we can watch more worthy players use them?
Perhaps one day, there will only be people “watching” D2… as the last streamer logs off for the final time, to make their “why I’m quitting Destiny 2” video.
Given how cracked weapon perks have become since TFS, godrolls are becoming more and more subjective. I think if we paid less attention to streamers we could make our own judgements on what weapon is a godroll for how we want to use it and I don't think anyone should feel less worthy for not having something that's RNG. It's just a video game after all.
