Name change not taking
Hi, I was affected by the mass name change error a while back.
When I attempt to change my name on the Bungie website it still will not take even though the username I had is offered as a suggested name change.
How can I go about getting my username changed back to what is was before?

Keep in mind they are not an item, just a permission to change one's name. To change one's name the new name must be in alignment with the Code of Conduct and Bungie name policy. If it is not saving, that is an indication that the name is running afoul of the filter. The suggested names are just your platform names and are not subjected to the filter until you attempt to save them as your Bungie name
