Also on ergo sum, the are conductor perk does not activate randomly and you get instantly annihilated. It also is not working past a certain range. So if you are a few feet two far away from a boss or ad, the arc damage goes straight through the conductor. Fix it so this weapon will actually be talked about. It’s completely worthless with endgame content and anything difficult. It’s a blast to use but the bugs have destroyed it.

Same thing with vortex frames, it doesn't apply cold steel on the heavy. My guess is that it's intentional since both frames' heavy attacks hit multiple times in quick succession, and it may deal to much damage
