Dont use social anxiety as an excuse for lazyness.
Nobody asks you to talk about your life to somebody in a lfg.
All you have to do is join a mate/make a post.
The only thing you will have to call/type or even stream if you are that lazy (so you dont even have to write or speak)
Do that for 30 min then you can freely go back to your solo experience in a coop game.

Yeah cool story but we are talking about destiny 2. A 10yo game that is known for being coop requiering teams in order to do all the content. By the time you spent answering to me you could have made a lfg post and found a mate to complete the mission. Seriously the only thing you have to communicate is some symbols and a few numbers on a clock. So yes it is lazyness.
