Stop the madness
Suggestion: Stop any account with no game activity in the last 30 days from posting. They can freely view posts.
Reason: so many accounts moaning about the game when they've not even played the game. The forums have always been bad but there are certain accounts that are just so toxic (if that stings you personally, might have to consider why that is). No game time, no opinion.
If you're on an Alt, stop hiding.

1 返信I agree, for the sake of trying to fix the forums. The problem is that the forums are better off not fixed. Its a containment board. They get attention here, and it keeps them from going elsewhere with this behavior too much.

If you’ve paid for the latest expansion then you should be entitled to post an opinion, even if you’ve not played recently (as in the 30 days you suggested). If you haven’t paid for the latest expansion then you shouldn’t be able to post or reply to a post. I agree about the Alts, as long as it means that we also prevent people from hiding their stats and data. It’s a little hypocritical of you to state “stop hiding” when you are essentially doing the same thing, but in a different manner, isn’t it?

2 通の返信I love people who pretend to know -blam!- and are just talking out their -blam!-. They haven't played since Beyond Light and they're still in the mindset of how broken stasis is even though it's the WORST subclass now.

5 通の返信People like you are the actual problem here. Most of us "1900 / no playtime in last 30 days folks" are former players who are voicing concerns / criticisms with the game that moved us to leave. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that the game isn't in a great spot now, and your solution is to just shut the stream of feedback from the players who left up? If you don't see how this is a problem, then perhaps you should remove yourself from these forums.

4 通の返信I think they should just close the forum all together. I mean, they don't use the damn thing anyway and the opinions here are that forked up that anyone listening to them shouldn't have a voice to be heard. Just close the forum down and let the game ride.

I could get it if it was like, a year of inactivity. Only a month seems pretty harsh. There are also good reasons to use an alt for forum posting, such as avoiding harassment. I also don't think the restriction should apply to OffTopic.

1 返信OP: 🧐 IMHO: anyone who purchases the game or elements thereof, is entitled to express their opinion, as / when desired. F2P players are potential new customers; their opinions matter, too. Destiny ‘Karens’ and the BDF are simply very passionate and expressive at an emotional level…their opinions matter, too…even if they appear irksome or unreasonable at times. Most of these people are probably in this very thread agreeing with your asinine censorship. They are probably people you play with, people you think are cool. Moreless, doesn't matter, like others have said, the problem might be you.
