The name is just the last drop in a more than full glass. - Each big Expansion or DLC since Frosaken has given less content to the players, but it has been more expensive. -Each big expansion has been delayed over time, so even though you preordred something, everything will be also delayed. And the quality and quanity of the items has been lower. -Each time a new big patch has been introduced the game has been unplayable for a couple of days. --To the point that even now, each Tuesday is not possible to enter the game for some hours even though they change servers a couple of ears ago to bring better service to the community and bla bla bla) -More than 30 months with no PvP maps, only to know later on that there was no PvP team. -"Errors" being fixed that made the game more fun but destiny fixed really fast, even though no one complained about them. -Characters being deleted from your account, to the point a rollback was needed. -And finally the name change they do to plenty of us, but no solution. Well, there is a solution "Ups, I screwed my game, I don`t know how, but ey, there is a token (we will get it supposedly), so YOU, user, can fix it, even though I am Bungie a multimillonaire company" The idea behind Destiny 2 is to make it a game as service, and this is the quality of the service for the last 5 years...
