I don't know that there are any interesting utility changes that would really separate it from the other aspects as doing something much better. I think it should instead be pushed further into the role of high single target damage These changes would put it really close to Consecration, though I believe when I ran the numbers it would turn up about 20% weaker. I feel this is fine though, as it's extremely easy to have nearly 100% ability uptime on Arc and Prismatic Warlock., plus it has tracking, and you aren't doing the whole two hit wave thing
