Hunters’ smoke grenade needs a nerf in PvP.
There is no reason for it to blind, slow, suppress, damage, AND make the hunter invisible. Two of those three effects are from other subclasses now, make it exclusive.
Remove the slowing and suppressing effects.

Removing the movement penalties would make it pointless. All the other effects require you to be in the smoke for them to get even work. Without the movement penalties people would literally just sprint right through it. If you wanted to do the movement penalties gone the blind and damage would have to be change to have their effects last even after you leave the smoke. Otherwise you basically be blinded for a split second and taking practically no damage. Also why is smoke bomb suddenly an issue now? It’s been doing this since for a long time and hasn’t become an issue until Prismatic
