There is a reason why "mediocre white men fail upwards" is a saying.
It happened with Weiss and Benioff, and look at the smoldering, molten corpse they left behind with "Game of Thrones". It happened with Zack Snyder, and people are still leaping to give him opportunities, despite his new Rebel Moon movies being unoriginal trainwrecks.
Parsons is no different, and he's mostly insulated from consequences because he happens to be at the top of the company already.
To put it bluntly, he and executives like him are cancers. They are only concerned with growing their wealth more and more to feed their opulent lifestyle, and will eagerly lay off the employees below if it means sustaining that lifestyle, even if it eventually comes at the cost of the entire company's health.
Only time will tell if being under Sony means Parsons and the rest of the C-Suite's time is numbered.

They don't even have charisma. Institutions have all fallen under the spell of vapid insanity. An age of consultants and fake jobs and 'listen to me because ya know' type situations. Note that I have never once heard this Parson guy say anything actually related to Destiny gameplay design or approach to how it plays. Never once. It's all vagaries. He's like a venture capitalist who somehow became CEO. The videogame and movie industries are full of these types of people now.

I think white men are responsible for most of the Major developments of the human race for the past 100 years. So good and bad but we all should praise them for their achievements. But then this will be banned because it is a positive post about white men.

No.. it'll be banned because it's blatent bigotry. Why 100 years? Because in the last 100 years, white men have pushed to the head of the line by using invasion, slavery, discrimination, -blam!-, greed, corruption etc. Over history, major developments inventions, discoveries etc came from all races and cultures.

Early civilisation.etc etc. Then different races at various times in history t have been mostly responsible for the major developments in human civilisation. White doesn't get you privilages wealth does, that those with the most wealth in predominantly white nations are also white? Thats as much a revelation as 'water is wet' Where exactly is the cashpoint for this free wealth for just being white? asking for a broke white friend.

Your friend, and really anyone interested in the topic of privilege, should learn about human history. Privilege doesn’t always go along with being rich. Especially since, Privilege and Money are two different topics. It’s just typically, a lot easier to become rich, when you are also more privileged to start with. Your broke friend might have to actually work hard. However, if they are white, a male, and in America, they are already more privileged than any other gender or race, also in America. If they don’t understand that, then again I highly recommend to learn about human world history.
