100% of our communication, both text/coordination of things and voice chats, are done via discord so yes, we require all members to "react" via emote to our rules acknowledging they have read them and agree to follow them. Per Discord rules, not ours, because we are a "community" server, every user must have a verified Discord account as well. Both fairly common and standard for endgame clans. Lastly, per my post, we require all members to have decent raiding experience. No hard number threshold but at minimum "several" of each of the more recent raids as well as seals/challenges. Most our players have 100+ clears, if not up in the 200-400 range. Good luck on your clan search.

Linking your Bungie to discord which is a 3rd party app is a security risk, they get access to discord then there goes your Xbox account, all your personal information & bank information. No reason discord needs to be linked to your Bungie just to use voice chat & text as there's several discord servers I use without having to link Bungie to discord.
