I freaking hate opening the fridge at work just to be greeted by the worst and strongest of cheese smells - and some -blam!- here persists on always bringing the smelliest of cheeses.

It works well as a supporting flavor for something like a burger or a pizza, but it shouldn't ever be the [i]primary[/i] flavor. I recognize that I'm firmly in the minority on this one, but I stand by it all the same. I basically treat cheese like a condiment instead of a food. I have no clue how people can stomach the idea of just eating a block of cheese raw. Now, if I'm gonna put cheese on a sandwich or something, it will [i]always[/i] be pepper jack. The combination of peppers and a mild cheese work well to add a little extra flavor to whatever you toss it on.

15 通の返信Such a great and simultaneously difficult question, it really depends on what the cheese is being paired with. I don't know that there's really a wrong answer though; I don't recall ever having a cheese that I didn't like. I haven't tried [i]all of them[/i] of course, so there's sure to be at least one out there I wouldn't like. Maybe. Possibly. Perhaps?
