I've already reported this bug about two to three weeks ago, and I got hit with it again. It happens whenever I open up a secondary Fireteam Finder post to replace people who leave or rage quit. After creating the post, if I move from the Fireteam voice channel to the Fireteam Finder voice channel, I'll become muted and deafened to everyone in both VC channels. This sadly resulted in everyone leaving my recent VoG Fireteam I was in the middle of teaching, because there was no way for me to communicate with them anymore. It hurts even more if my Fireteam members aren't on Xbox like I am, because I can't open a party chat to resolve the issue. For the love of all that is holy, please move this bug to the top of your list of patch notes asap, because this bug has been in the game ever since the final shape launched. And the longer it continues to exist, the less I'll be interested in continuing to play this game.
