Is the literal worst. I haven’t been able to link my accounts together for almost two months, even though they were previously linked. Submitted a ticket and of course the rep was giving me the basic troubleshooting steps even though I told them I did all of that before I submitted the ticket. Told me they would look into it and that was it. Submitted another ticket about it just this week because I felt like I was just getting blown off and if you couldn’t guess it, same responses.
