Why the flip would you put a cool down timer on facet of command it literally was working as it should have, now it's useless -blam!-h!+. Two tailed fox is trash again now because of what yall did. I would like a petition started to take the cool down off its trash now.

I said the same thing. I get that having no cooldown period with stuff like breakwatchers made for some crazy combos but it's not like we don't have those in the game already. Thread of Ascent is easier to proc and has a 4 second cooldown. Don't know why we don't have that here for facet of command and echo of domineering

Hunters throw a Silence and Squall, Warlocks put down Bleak Watchers, and never have to reload ever. That being said I still believe 11 seconds is too harsh, especially considering that Thread of Ascent on Strand is only 5 seconds.

I've said the same thing about them adding a cooldown to stuff like Heavy Handed and such. There is no reason for it these days. Just let us play how we want. You can do your balance crap in the PvP side for all I care, just let us in PvE have our fun.

11 seconds is just...Way too harsh and makes it pointless beyond uselessly pointless. A few seconds would've sufficed but the current cooldown...Just too much. If it also granted reload speed as a bonus, maybe it wouldn't have been as bad.
