Solipsism's second column sucks -blam!-.

Just to start with I'm talking about the perks specifically tied to the warlock, not the shared ones that are Star-eaters, Synthocepts & Verity's. Spirit of Vesper - I don't know anyone who even uses the base variant of this exotic let alone this perk, but honestly I was looking forward to this one working with Phoenix dive & Weaver's call for that instant wombo combo diving into fights. Spirit of Harmony - Cool... it exists, there are already so many ways to get your super back quickly, don't why I'd waist the slot on this. Honestly should have gone with the second half of it's perk instead of the first. "When your Super energy is full, you gain a temporary bonus to weapon damage of that type" Spirit of Starfire - This one could have been great if only it wasn't locked to using the empowering rift. Honestly why is it tied to just this for "Empowered weapon damage and final blows." Couldn't it also be tied to radiant making it a more flexible perk? Spirit of the Swarm - Another example of wrong half of the perk, why would anyone care for getting two threadlings from a tangle over threadings causing targets to unravel? Spirit of the Claw - It's alright does what it says on the tin, just a basic and a little boring of a pick.

    Also spirit of starfire is good if you can get it to drop with the perk that gives you devour on empowering rifts. Then it makes sense. You gain weapon damage you gain devour and grenade spam. What more could you ask for to run an empowered rift?

    • While spirit of starfire could use a buff, I found ways to chain link grenades and rifts effectively. You will require feed the void, and a weapon with Enhanced Strategist and Enhanced Demolitionist. The only weapons I know currently has this combo are Lost Signal and Bold Endings. It's a good way to generate alot of stasis turrets.

    • Vesper Arc Lock is one of the best builds for Warlock. It's one of my all-time favorites. When used properly, you're nearly immortal, especially in add dense environments(which is now nearly anywhere in the game) If you've never tried it, I very much recommend you do. I haven't tried it on Prismatic, so I can't speak to it usefulness there.

      • Id say the claw is good for pve and pvp. Having another melee charge isn't bad at all. I also thing harmony is good. Getting super faster equals more supers to use. Never a bad thing. Star eaters is only good if your team will help make orbs. If you can't get orbs it's useless and hanging onto super sucks. So I like the perk i know its all the youtubers talk about but it's a bit overrated. You really only need star eaters inside of high end level content. A really good option is osmiomancy with Veritys. Especially good for strand grenade and strand weapons like the call. Get kills with strand weapon proc verity throw threadlings they do more damage then gets your grenade back. Another decent option is in most light. Might look bad but I use this one and it's not bad at all. It's actually great. Would work well with verity or claw to get more abilities in pve or pvp.

      • [quote]Spirit of Vesper - I don't know anyone who even uses the base variant of this exotic let alone this perk[/quote] Used Vesper with an Arc Buddy build to get my Solo Flawless completions for GotD and WR, and have been using it as my go-to Exotic armor on Prismatic with Helion/Weaver’s: the improved Class Ability regen when surrounded makes for compelling offensive Rift builds. That said, the fact that Spirit of Vesper loses the CA regen component makes it a much less attractive option in my eyes. (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)
