Got 1st piece from Legendary Campaign. Then used exotic engrams saved to rank up rahool, reached rank 17 picked up the cypher, go to precision decryption kinda expecting the 2nd piece to be available to decrypt but still says ‘unlock in collections to purchase’ so not sure why? Do I have to rank up to 17 for a 2nd or 3rd time for it to be available to decrypt? Any help is greatly appreciated thanks
