I just reached 10 sherpas shown in Raid Report, however in-game it says for some reason I have 6 "guided games" and 3 carries. I don't even know if guided games is possible anymore haha. Regardless I saw in the patch notes that they fixed an issue with it incrementing wrong, however it shows in my raid report that I helped 10 people get their first clear, and I still can't claim "fates intertwined" from bungie rewards.
