The call is insane, one shots most smaller enemies and melts yellowbars and some bosses. No hesitation is alright, but I don't really like how the bullet pattern is, it feels a bit weird. Pro memoria is pretty great, trying to get the rest of the patterns for it so I can shape it. Bold endings can be good with right perks. The others I haven't tried yet.

The rocket sidearm and the auto rifle are really good. I haven't used the other things all that much so I wouldn't be able to say. Everything is craftable though so I'm assuming they all have good perks that can be added to them.
