I preordered the 100 dollar edition of final shape on my xbox series X and was billed for it recently but today when hoping on it says my preorder was canceled and to contact support im doing what i cab to contact you but your website is extremely confusing I'm NOT paying for it a second time i can't afford to shell out another 100 so please please HELP!!!!
