Thanks for reply but you've Never asked me to put in my age. I'm an adult woman and I can't even communicate anymore with my adult gamer friends. Why have you not asked me to put in my age yet? Another issue? Please fix this then also a.s.a.p.

Same. I even submitted my ID TWICE, and had my account verified as an adult account. My. Chat/ voice is still disabled. The latest response that I got was that "it is not related to my birthday, but they have no further info as to why it's happening ". Makes absolutely no sense and seems to just happen to random accounts regardless if they are adult or not.

this time my voicechat issue was not on the game but re-adjusting settings on my new tv has fixed it, as I've already replied to bungie with my apologize. you might wanna look around also perhaps yours is also a non-game issue. good luck.
