2 通の返信I’ve started feeling like that again too. For me it’s usually a sign of low vitamins and/or dehydration. Believe it or not vitamins are strangely important lol Sometimes it’s not enough vitamin D 🤷♀️ I’d suggest taking vitamin B supplements in the morning, they help wake you up and give you an energy boost to start the day. Also water. Water is good.
