Simply because the game is just not for the casual or in-between gamer and the simple fact you blatantly allow cheating in the best parts of the game so anyone attempting to truly improve or better themselves has to deal with a highly toxic environment.
Also... I'll never understand the sheer abundance of weapons in this game that honestly are waste of time getting besides certain exotics that seem to be necessary to function in higher tier content though even that is unbalanced with subclass imbalance, ability imbalance...
I mean just utter imbalance period. It's just not fun and when you're not having fun it's time to go; time to stop putting money into something that really isn't cared about beyond a monetary factor.
I'm still play with what I have from time to time but I can't give a company $100 for more disappointment and frustration.

63 通の返信You dont do legendary campaign. You dont do exotic missions. You dont do raids. You dont do trials. You dont do dungeons. You dont do GMs. You barely do seasons. You barely do campaigns. What do you actually do? You might as well pay for the base version given you dont do half of what you pay for, so why pay for the deluxe?

7 通の返信y’all preordered?😂 i’m waiting till it goes on sale for the summer a month after launch

2 通の返信The west is run by unaccountable oligarchs who ignore the plebs. Bungie is just one such example. Vote with your wallet until they listen.

Magisceneにより編集済み: 5/19/2024 6:03:18 PMI don’t blame you. With them focusing so much artificial difficulty by slapping power caps on things that shouldn’t have them just ruins the experience lately. Everything is just a slog now instead of fun.

13 通の返信I won't be cancelling my pre order.......because I haven't, and won't be, pre ordering.

12 通の返信You don’t go to a cemetery and throw $100 to a corpse, right? Then don’t do it to a dead game either. 🤣🤣🤣 Absolutely nothing here but a shamble mess of shallowness!
-
6 通の返信Never even ordered it….this game is trash, and has gone so far down hill. It’s recycled material, and caters to those who never seen daylight. So sad to see where it is now, from where it was

4 通の返信How do I cancel it on the PlayStation? I haven't looked that hard for how to do it yet, but I want out. All the nerfs coming along with the "new" material (D1 reintroduction) I've just fallen out of love with this game. I'll free to play it for a while and see how it goes but I'm pretty tired of the disrespect shown for our invested time. ( More than 7000 hours)

Yeah this game is on it's last legs. Not buying TFS till it is dirt cheap like 15 bucks. I can wait 1 year like I did with light fall. Sony should take full control after TFS because Bungie just can't save this game because it is Bungie.

8 通の返信Haven't touched it for a little while now. The game is woke and offers nothing more than copy/paste and fomo. Couldn't care less for the responses I get, I just laugh!

3 通の返信“…allow cheating in the best parts of the game…” pvp is the best parts of the game? I think I found your problem.

I'm still waiting to decide., At the moment it's a no from me... I only play pvp these days and well new dlc stuff has a history of dropping OP So final shape has little value to me but kills the PVP landscape. I'm tired of the matchmaking/team balance, tired of facing the best players 'gilded glorious/gilded flawless' as a 1.2 kill assist/death so basically a negative K/D player. Checking out now is likely just slightly ahead of the curve . (but who's to say maybe I'll be playing very well in crucible and enjoying myself (seems unlikely XD)

1 返信Cheating isnt rampant. Bungie does ban cheater if they get reported. Youre not a casual or an inbetween player, youre a bad player. The bad gesr exists to make the good gear actually good. Every looter shooter has bad gear. You already ignore the majority of content so why bother pre-ordering or even buying the dlc anyway?
-
2 通の返信Being level 384 this season doesn’t seem very casual, can’t blame really anyone but yourself after playing that much. Yet even with all that play time you still use double pulse rifles so what do I know…
-
7 通の返信The $50 Price tag is an insult. Especially with NO seasons attached, when they even stated they were getting rid of seasons because of burnout. This acknowledge that they know people were burnt out with the "seasonal model", then turn around and offer a +Annual Pass edition for $100? Wait till it's on sale.
-
3 通の返信It would be interesting to see how low the pre-orders actually are, and if their attempt to sucker people into pre-ordering using bait like bringing the sunset weapons back really helped or not.
-
I haven’t played in a while just tired of all the drama with micro transactions sunsetting then un sunsetting taking away things we payed for I’m not buying the dlcs gonna wait see reviews and just wait for it to be on sale or when it’s free on PlayStation plus

If you rely on top guns to get through moderate content, you simply have yet to really learn anything in the game which checks out with the casual status. But, and this is a big but. At the same time, a casual player isn't doing hard enough content that they feel the need to lean on the meta. The moment you try a raid you're no longer a casual player, you're just not very good at buildcrafting. Which is perfectly fine. Rn you can use what people consider the bottom tier of crap weapons and still beat 80-90% of the games content. It may be a looter shooter but simply having a good gun doesn't mean you know how to use it.

I not trying to be mean or bait an argument, but people who preorder get what they deserve if the game turns out to be bad. Why would you give a game dev your money before their game has been out long enough to review? Especially in the live service genre?
