I pre-ordered the Final Shape in October of last year. At the time I was able to claim Tesselation, the Final Shell, and the Paracausal Path emblem. Later the Pyramidic Vessel and Prismatic Horizon emblem were added to the pre-order bonus, and I know others who pre-ordered when I did who are able to claim those. I cannot claim either and even though I have the Paracausal Path emblem on one of my characters, it isn't in my collections at all. I have cleared the cache on my XBox, checked to see if I had unloaded add-ons, and checked the Special Delivery kiosk in the Tower. The ship and emblem are not there. Do I have to cancel my pre-order and repurchase?
