Hey there. Spider is an Eliksni (Fallen) ally who was the vendor for the Tangled Shore, until his relocation to the Last City. He was involved in Season of the Splicer (mid 2021), and gave out the questline for that season, in a section of the Last City called the Eliksni Quarter. However that location is now unavailable and Spider is not an accessible NPC, so anything you've read or seen that refers to visiting him for something, is out of date.
