Unable to use voice or text chat.
I am posting for a friend who is unable to use voice or text chat. It keeps saying that it is disabled for him. He cannot post to forums with the pop-up that says your account does not meet the minimum requirements. His username on PS5 is BKLOWE. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
