I would do any raid with new players, because it's fun to raid with people who aren't whining the moment someone misses a single shot because "uuuh it's not optimal and if it's not optimal it's not fun".

I'd like to actually do a raid first

As long as they listen and at least bring the bare minimum of stuff for damage like Cuirass for T-Crash/rockets etc I don't have any issues with them joining. Everyone starts somewhere but they do need to slightly prep for it so its not just a hard carry.

Im always down to do the old raids with New lights. As long as they communicate and attempt to learn as we teach.

All depends. is it 5 brand new players with zero raid experience and poor loadouts or did these 5 do something to help themselves and the team succeed like ensure basic decent weapons for the encounters, have an understanding of basic concepts and what kinda goes on? If its just some guys looking to raid with zero clue.. nope.. If they are somewhat prepared, done their homework, invested time to be ready.. then i'm in.
