It's a very accurate description of him based on his own words from previous posts he's made. I've seen a couple of his posts around here and the talk about how he doesn't like people, or large groups. Misanthropy is a dislike of people/humanity and his tendency to avoid groups is antisocial behavior. Hence, antisocial misanthrope is an accurate description of him.
